Salary: £48,000 – £54,000p/a

Penguin are pleased to be working with an established Town Planning & Development Consultancy who, as part of a tactical growth plan are looking to recruit an experienced and capable Associate Planner to join the Nottingham team.

The consultancy have over 25 years experience in the UK market and have multiple offices strategically placed throughout the UK providing services to a wide array of clients, both public and private.

The role will provide the successful applicant to work on development plan/policy and development management projects and will become involved in both EiP and appeal work. It is therefore important you are able to analyse and problem solve, communicate solutions clearly and have the ability to work on your own or as part of a team.

Consideration of client expectations are key alongside providing a professional service and so strong inter personal skills are essential.

Our client is able to offer a wide variety of projects across a host of sectors including small & large scale Residential, Retail, Commercial, Education, Renewable, Infrastructure & Town Centres.

In order to apply, you will be a qualified and experienced Associate Planner with 5+ years experience (coming from either the public or private sector).
