Award winning family holiday park business with 8 Holiday Parks in Argyll and Loch Lomond. Our parks are in the most idyllic locations with something to suit every holiday maker – from family fun to peace and quiet, from energetic outdoor activities to pampered luxury, from bowls to quad biking, from bingo to karaoke, from self-catering to a la carte, from Mothers days to Hen do’s, we have something for everyone. We will have around 1200 holiday makers coming on to the park each week in the peak season and we aim to do our utmost to give our holiday home owners and holiday makers alike, happy feel good memories to last a lifetime.
Our new role of Complex Manager, is key to delivering our aim by strengthening the holiday park operation, environment and facilities. Working hand in hand with the Group Food and Beverage Manager the Complex Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Reception, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Leisure areas to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and achieve financial objectives.
Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring that the main complex and accommodation are presented, operated and managed to the highest standards and customer service, revenue and repeat business is maximised

Organise and implement all aspects of compliance with appropriate legislation associated with the park and hotel operation, environment and facilities

Contribute to the profitability of the Complex through the operation of effective cost controls and stock monitoring.

Visualising and implementing opportunities for revenue growth
*
Maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring customer satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports excellence in customer service and business objectives.

Effective staff management and communication, development of team skills and knowledge through training
This position requires a professional yet friendly approach, the candidate must be confident in dealing with issues in a firm, fair and diplomatic manner and possess good administrative skills.
You will also be a motivated team player, able to work on your own initiative, take responsibility and collaborate with others for success. You must have superb problem solving, time management and planning skills. You will have a high work ethic and it goes without saying a passion for customer satisfaction and fun. You must also have had experience in a similar hospitality managerial role.
The job is located in Lochgoilhead, in an idyllic setting but as a result public transport is limited, so candidates must have their own transport, alternatively accommodation may be provided.
