Secretary Required for Small Legal Office

Office Angels are currently recruiting on behalf our client for a Legal Secretary. This is a Full-Time role, located in Edinburgh City Centre. The hours are 9:00am – 17:30pm, Monday – Friday. Salary of £30,000pa.

**Our client is looking for someone who has a Law degree and has no plans to study for your diploma along with relevant office experience.**

Job Description: This is a very busy and engaging role. The successful candidate will possess a very dynamic and energetic work ethos/nature.

General Responsibilities and Duties:

* Ensuring client take-on and financial procedures are adhered to.
* Ensuring that the feeing process is organised and articulate.
* Assisting with file reviews.
* Typing up Legal documents and dictation
* Production and emailing of fee notes
* Production of tender documents
* Diary Management
* To ensure that all archiving and account filing duties are dealt with accordingly and accurately.
* To answer emails and all general correspondence in an eloquent and comprehensive manner and maintain a computerised booking system.
* Attending monthly team meetings

* Excellent IT knowledge is essential
* Smartly presented
* Confident dealing with clients and colleagues
* An organised and flexible approach to work activities
