Our Woolpit client is looking for helpdesk advisors.

Duties will include:

Answering a high volume of inbound calls
Providing information on services provided
High levels of accurate data entry
Using various systems and excel spreadsheets to record information
Typing up documents
Sending letters
Responding to emails and enquiries
Liaising with other departments
General office administration

To be successful in application you will have strong communication skills, a brilliant telephone manner and must be a team player.
