About this Teaching Assistant role
In this Primary Teaching Assistant post you will be supporting the work of the class teachers within KS2 and you will be assisting with afters school clubs. You will help EAL students prepare for the next stage of education and helping plan class activities will give you insight into what makes an effective lesson. In general, you will be developing your approach and technique through the analysis, tuition and advice of the Assistant Head Teacher mentor who will always by on-hand to support your progression.
