This position is for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join a successful Teacher Recruitment agency based in Greater Manchester.

This position has come about due to increased growth and market penetration and as such you will be talking over a warm Primary desk.

This role requires strong business developer used to managing their own workload and desk.

This branch has increased its market share by at least 30% year on year over the last 5 years and has established a strong level of trust and loyalty from many Schools across the North West.

You will be given part of a “Primary” desk as the current desk has become to large for the existing consultant to effectively manage.

It’s a busy and friendly branch, staff turnover is very low and consultants work together as a “team”.

The branch manager is approachable, has a laid back but professional attitude and bends over backwards to help and develop all the staff in branch.

Each consultant working for this agency has a clear and progressive carer plan to follow which is based on merit.

Ideally we would like to appoint a Senior consultant for this role as they are some junior members of the team that benefit from further development.

This is working for a “none corporate” agency, each member of staff is treated as “person” not just a number.

A key note of distinction with this company is the flexibility and common sense way they go about things, for instance there are no KPI targets.

Each consultant works at their own pace as sometimes is just not necessary to make “sales calls” when for instance you have a long term booking to fill.

This role consists of:

Business development, candidate attraction, compliance (a compliance administrator is in branch) School visits, attending education conferences.

• £28,800 – £33,600Basic salary
• Up to 14% commission with a low threshold
