You must be currently operating in an Assistant Management or equivalent position within jewellery, accessories, footwear or fashion retail – ideally with a luxury or mid-market brand with high caliber customer service expectations

You will have proven success of achieving or succeeding KPIs and have the ability to influence & increase sales, conversion, and productivity in a one-2-one sales environment. We are looking for someone with strong management skills who has had exposure to managing all areas of staff and store performance, you will be a natural leader and drive your team to succeed.
