Business Improvement Manager / Business Analyst

Sheridan Blake Executive Search and Selection are currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst/ Business Improvement Manager for our client based near Cambridge. This role will be responsible for reviewing, improving and evaluating our organisations processes and services as part of the organisations desire to continually improve service delivery to their customers, ensuring that our defined deliverables are aligned with long and short term business objectives. The main focus of this role will be to review, enhance and support our operational and enabling service efficiencies across the regional charity. You will have both public and private sector experience of initiating these projects from launch to completion, identifying and driving business requirement improvements. You will partner with cross-functional colleagues and partners to lead and facilitate operational teams to undertake business process improvements, ensuring that regular communication channels are built and aligned across the business. Candidates will be quick to capture business needs and obtain knowledge of the market place through horizon scanning to enable the proposal of creative solutions. Significant experience of implementing operational and procedural changes and the management of multiple, complex, concurrent work streams is required to ensure that this new role is successfully embedded within the organisation. You will join the Senior Manager Group in steering the direction of the organisation; supporting the resolution of conflicting priorities and influencing the portfolio of skills and business improvement initiatives. Using excellent relationship management skills you will create a collaborative culture enabling you to lead and coach others in an analytical and systematic approach in their undertakings. The Business Analyst will deliver high quality reports and presentations of findings and initiatives having used Lean expertise in their analysis, with extensive experience in planning and conducting analysis tasks and methodologies such as feasibility studies, business case construction, and business process reviews.
