£60,000 – £72,000 + BENEFITS PACKAGE
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a global food manufacturing company.
Our client has over 250 processing plants and 30 000 employees worldwide.We are now looking to recruit an Engineering Manager to manage the site maintenance team and develop engineering strategies at the Merseyside manufacturing facility.
Key responsibilities:
Day to day management of a team of multi-skilled engineers
Develop and implement planned and predictive maintenance strategy
Set and manage department KPI’s to drive OEE
Implement and manage plant reliability program
Management of maintenance and Capex budget
Train and develop engineers to maximise effectiveness of plant and processes
Contractor managementKey requirements:
Minimum HND/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience of managing an engineering team in process manufacturing environment (ideally food)
Proven project management skills
Excellent leadership/management skills
Recognised H&S qualification – desirable
