Facilities Manager

Salary: £36,000 per year

One Property Recruitment are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee an upcoming development in the Brighton area. This new scheme will help create brand new homes and a vibrant community. This is an opportunity not to be missed to be a part of this newly generated culture! Among the new homes it will also create purpose-built student accommodations, commercial units and a gym.

You will be joining a well-established Property Management company that can offer further development and support with qualifications for the right individual. The role is to assist the Property Management team in the running of the estate including; health and safety, budgets, coordinating and organising with PPM’s and site cleaning (overseeing the onsite staff) and dealing with resident queries including complaints.

The right candidate will have:

• 2 years experience within Facilities Management
• Budget and reporting knowledge
• Health & Safety Awareness
• Experience in PPM’s and soft services

Salary: up to £36,000dependent on experience
