Product Specialist – Room Booking Software

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

Prospero are looking for a Product specialist who have in-depth knowledge of room booking software (condecco, iBooking etc). They will be expected to provide expert technical knowledge of the products they are deemed specialist in, and work with either internal development teams or third party suppliers to help the products develop to meet customer needs.

Expectations

* Provide technical pre-sales support

* Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

* Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples

* Be an expert with respect to the competition

* Hold customer workshops post sale and define implementation strategies

* Provide technical support to the installation teams

* Support project manager with customer sign off

* Provide backup to the support teams for post implementation support issues

* Act as a leader within the company

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years experience product deployment / system integration

* Deployed room and desk booking solution projects, including configuration

* Knowledge of O365 / Exchange in terms of service accounts

* Knowledge of IDP’s an advantage (AD, Okta)

* Good networking – TCP/IP knowledge

* Excellent teamwork skills

* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

* Must be able to travel as required
