We would like experience of lean manufacturing techniques, i.e 5S, Kaizan. Should have experience of setting and achieving production targets, including Quality, productivity, Health and Safety.

The role:

* Run effective production unit
* Deliver required levels of operational performance
* Identify and implement methods of improving productivity, quality, and safety and costs

* Experience with lean manufacturing techniques (Kaizan)
* Experience achieving Production targets (Quality, Productivity, Health and Safety)
