Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year
Our client is a UK leader in facilities and corporate management who are recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team located one of their key commercial sites in Westminster
You will be joining an experienced commercial team who are warm, highly welcoming and supportive that work well with their operational and project delivery colleagues. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role providing commercial support on reactive works or multiple smaller projects and experience of managing M&E packages would be favourable. Additionally you will bring passion, communication and fun to the workplace.
They self-deliver services such as M&E, HVAC, fabric maintenance, small works and projects so a Construction Qualification is advantageous along with silimar FM experience from a service provider
