Salary: £32,400 per year

We have a new opportunity to join an expanding food retailer as an Assistant Store Manager. Our client is an established food retail business who want to continue their growth and expansion with a new Assistant Manager in the North West.

With a strong presence across the country, our client is hugely successful retailer with a great trading history. We want a new Assistant Manager to join the business who will have the chance to work with a strong team and help to drive the business forward.

The successful new assistant manager will have experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment, experience of food retail, supermarkets or convenience is an advantage but not essential. Passion, energy and enthusiasm as an assistant manager is required, our client’s managers are very hands on and shop-floor focused.

Key Duties as an Assistant Manager

Working with an existing team to drive success!
Delivery of customer service standards in your store.
Training, coaching and developing the team.
Recruitment, inductions and colleague training
High standards of merchandising on the shop-floor
Experience of in store audits.
Achieving store and company KPI’s.

In reward for your hard work, you will receive a salary up to £32,400basic with one excellent bonus scheme for you to achieve with hard work and success.
