My client is looking for a new Commercial Finance Analyst on a permanent basis. The organisation is experiencing significant change at board level as they establish the strategy for the business for the next five years. For this reason they’re keen to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst on a permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Monthly partnering with the business to review actual costs against budget/forecast, variance analysis/investigation and preparation of insightful commentary for management reporting
• Prepare annual and long term planning models, and engage with the business on key assumptions
• Support on governance and engagement strategy with the tech teams
• Support on investment appraisals relating to business funding requests
• Reconciliation of total tech costs and how they split out across capital projects and the P&L
successful candidate:
• Be available immediately or at short notice
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified or Finalist (or overseas equivalent)
• Have strong analytical and finance business partnering skills
• Have excellent Excel skills
• Have previous experience of dealing with company assets
