Associate Apps & Music Producer
Reading
Brook Street are currently working on behalf of our Global IT client to recruit an Associate Producer. This is a contract role running until the end of June 2015 based in Reading.
We are seeking……
An Associate Producer to help drive the usage and enjoyment of the Apps & Music Dashboard category on the company’s popular consoles.
The EMEA Apps & Music Dashboard Programming team works with internal and external partners to publish a wide range of engaging and relevant content promotional content via the company’s key consoles.
Key responsibilities include:
Audience Engagement
– Build up an intimate knowledge of our users based on key performance indicators and business insights
– Use KPIs and insights to contribute to weekly and daily scheduling decisions
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize impact of programmed content
Consistency & Efficiency
– Prioritise and schedule content using short, mid and long-term cross-region publishing schedules
– Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent global support of key marketing campaigns and events
– Help resolve conflicting interests and address live issues within tight timescales
– Ensure all content meets the highest bar for quality, consistency and technical accuracy
– Adhere to internal policies and procedures and actively propose changes in policies that will benefit the business
– Monitor error reports to continually refine and optimize all programmed content
– Coordinate requests with other Programming teams, e.g. Design, Business Analytics, Production Operations
Creativity & Innovation
– Research industry news and trends to identify new tactical and strategic content opportunities and innovations
– Build appropriate graphics and experiences using proprietary publishing tools
– Develop innovative promotional ideas to support business and marketing priorities
Conversion
– Maintain performance reports and programming schedules in line with overall business objectives
– Update Producer weekly on status of tasks and projects
– Analyse and report on key performance indicators to optimize user journeys
Qualifications:
– Demonstrable passion and interest in visual arts, film, music, television and digital media
– Ability to translate potentially complex product offerings into clear, benefits-driven and user-focused content ideas
– Experience of producing and/or project managing multi-channel content experiences to weekly and monthly schedules
– Ability to define success of goals and objectives using data and statistical analysis
– Collaborative, determined and creative problem-solving mindset
– Exceptional copywriting, proofreading and editing skills
– Extensive knowledge of working with CMS and MS Office products, as well as basic knowledge of non-standard software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere)

Salary: Up to £36,000per annum (plus above benefits)
