I am working with a leading provider of community based brain injury rehabilitation, providing clients with a high standard of nursing care and an intensive therapeutic rehabilitation programme. This post is based in a beautiful countryside location offering first class care and facilities. They are currently looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their fantastic team. 

Duties for this post include:

• Leading the nursing shift
• Ensuring high quality, specialist nursing care is delivered whilst working within the multidisciplinary team
• Overseeing medicine management – ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered
• Dealing with complex cases
• Liaising professionally with visitors, including family, friends and other external stakeholders
• Leading, motivating and mentoring a team of staff
• Carrying out assessments and individualised care plans for residents
• Promoting residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect at all times
• Delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement

You must be able to demonstrate:

• An RMN/RGN/RNMH or RNLD qualification and NMC registration
• A passion for caring and helping people maintain their independence and choice
• A proven ability to deliver an excellent service and promote excellent relationships
• The ability to lead, mentor and motivate a staff team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best at all times
