CLINICAL MANAGER (NURSE)
PETERBOROUGH
Up to £21.95
I am working with a fantastic company who are a leading provider of specialist neurological care and neuro rehabilitation for people with progressive or acquired neurological conditions.
They are currently looking for a Clinical Manager for their beautiful purpose-built unit in Peterborough and need a Registered Nurse who has the ability be to deliver excellence in the strategic and day to day operational management of a unit.
Duties will include:
* Responsibility for the clinical operation of the unit
* Taking full ownership and accountability for all aspects of the specialist progressive neurological care provision on the Unit
* Ensuring the care of all residents on the unit meets the standards and requirements of the Company
* Providing leadership in all aspects of nursing care according to the codes of the NMC and clinical governance
* Responsibility for the for the day to day Clinical Governance and Clinical Risk Management of the Unit
For this role you must have:
* NMC registration
* A Registered Nurse qualification with at least 3 years’ experience of managing a service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience of supervising a staff team
* An understanding of specialist neurological care environments
