School IT Technician

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

Dedicate Recruitment is working in partnership with this multi academy Trust in search of a personable, professional and knowledgeable IT Technician to support their new addition secondary school.

Reporting to the Head of IT and joining a team of 4, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to staff and students at the school. This is a brand new school with a new MS Windows IT infrastructure on Office 365 supporting chromebooks and Ipads.

You will be a natural problem solver with good communication and customer service skills, able to resolve technical issues quickly and competently.

You may be required to offer support to other schools within the Trust which will require travel to other sites.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in providing 1st & 2nd line support, ideally with school experience. Professionalism and good interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
