Business Analyst, Solihull £35-50k

Due to rapid growth our client, a Market Leading Company based in Solihull wishes to recruit a Business Analyst to join their Project Management team.

The successful candidate will be degree educated with at least three years commercial experience performing successfully in a similar role and with a professional, proactive and energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

* Play a pivotal role in their Software development lifecycle able to turn business requirements into product specifications

* Collaborate with Developers, Stakeholders & Users to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance requirements.

* Gather requirements and be proactive in the analysis of changes needed

Requirements

* Significant commercial Business Analyst experience

* Strong investigative skills able to turn requirements into product specifications

* Proven track records delivering multiple software projects

* Exceptional statistical analysis, reporting and problem solving skills

* Excellent communication skills able to interact with clients through to stakeholders and both technical & non technical users

* Ability to distinguish user requests from underlying true needs

* Ability to take ownership of projects

* Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle, Agile Methodologies & Microsoft technologies
