Customer Service Representative

Working for a Global Sportswear company who deal with a number of high profile UK and International Sports Clubs. We are looking to recruit someone who has worked in an office based customer service role who has dealt with sportswear or clothing. An excellent salary and prospects are offered for the successful candidate

About The Role:

– You will be responsible for accurately loading the orders onto the system
– Ensure that correct codes, prices, descriptions and discounts are applied
– Dealing with any special requirements and feedback to the relevant department
– Advising the Managers or Sales Representatives regarding any possible issues
– Follow up orders that get held up on the system
– Providing update to their customers
– Assess lines which are over oversold or in negative availability and pull off outstanding order reports and discuss with customer services
– Managing orders from receipt to delivery
– Maximise sales by switch selling and add ons
– Advising the customer service team/stock control if stock is unavailable
– Liaise with Purchasing and Warehouse to gain relevant stock information
– Advise the Warehouse regarding specific booking requirements and dates

Essential Skills & Experience

– Experience of working for a Sportswear or Clothing office based customer service role
– Order processing experience
– Professional and can do attitude
– Ms Office experience and SAGE desirable
– Outlook
– Excellent communication skills
– Stock control/allocation control

About The Benefits

Hours 9.00 – 5.30pm Monday – Friday
In return for your hard work you will receive a Salary: £26,000per year, 25 days per year plus bank holidays, parking
