Role: Learning and Development Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Officer who will:

Deliver and evaluate effective learning solutions for Capita Customer Management – ensuring that all material is update to date, fit for purpose and drives business performance.
Manage a group of 15 delegates in a classroom environment such as induction and upskill sessions, ensuring they are motivated, engaged in readiness to undertake their role post classroom training.
Act as an ambassador of Capita and the L&D function within your client area – attending project, operational and client meetings when required.

Essential Experience/Skills:

Experience and evidence of working in a complex, changing, fast paced environment Experience and evidence of delivering the full learning cycle Experience and evidence of coaching and leadership Experience and evidence of managing new entrants through induction/probation Flexible approach to working hours and location

Desired Experience/Skills:

CIPD or equivalent desirable Experience and evidence of working in an FCA regulated environment Experience and evidence of working in a Sales and Customer Focussed environment Experience of working in an operational contact centre or volume customer service environment

Must be flexible and resilient. Able to work proactively and autonomously. Confident and self-assured around decision making. Creating and maintaining key stakeholder relationships across various functional areas.
