Store Manager, The Job Role

* Ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times, by you and your team.

* Ordering, Stocktaking, Scheduling and Banking while maintaining maximum sales and controlling costs for your store.

* High store cleanliness, working to Food and Health & Safety regulations.

* Management of team including recruitment, training and reviews.

* Involvement in all aspects of Food Preparation, Sandwich Making and serving sandwiches.

Store Manager: The Person

The Successful Store Manager will have strong organisational and team building skills. You will be confident and able to motivate and train new members and lead them in running the store at a high standard. You will have previous experience in the F&B/Retail or Catering Industry, with a flexible approach to working hours. This is a fantastic opportunity for a suitable candidate to use previous experience to develop their career.

Store Manager, working hours

45hr week over 5.5 days working shifts in store (example 9-14, 12-2100, 2100-7am – mostly likely in store between 6/7am to 1700)
