Technical Co-ordinator – Surrey – Up to 50k
I currently have a position with a bespoke design and build residential housing contractor that specialise in luxury developments across the South East of England. The client were founded four years ago and are currently one of the fastest growing construction companies in the UK, with an expected turnover of £38-40 million this year.
Our client is looking for a Technical Co-ordinator. You will need to have had previous experience in holding site meetings, design implementation and dealing with issues, have the ability to organise services and assist the technical department in projects.
