Salary: £26,000 per year
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Handyperson with a strong background in general commercial building maintenance on behalf of one of our national FM clients. This is a permanent position with a well-respected and rapidly expanding national service provider and comes with an industry leading benefits package.
As the successful Mobile Handyperson you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and have extensive exposure to commercial building maintenance and be confident in completing the following tasks:
• Carpentry
• Joinery
• Basic electrical works
• PAT testing
• Fabric maintenance
• Painting & decorating
• Client facing environments
• Health & safety
• Changing locks
• Replacing windows etc.
To be fully successful in this role of Mobile Handyperson you will hold a full UK driving license and have experience working within a fast paced facilities management environment and have effective communication skills when speaking with clients.
