Maintenance Operative / Handyperson

Maintenance Operative/Handyperson required to start as soon as possible for a well-established company in the local area.

My client is looking for someone on a full time basis working 7.30am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday with overtime and call outs as required by the business.

This is a busy, varied job and you will have previous experience in a similar role. The job will involve implementing and following a planned maintenance programme, undertaking building and maintenance work on all company sites in the local area, react to emergency work as required and conducting and keeping a record of inspections.

You will have basic skills in general site maintenance, be able to work as part of a team, be thorough and efficient, have good communication skills and be able to use your own initiative.

Full driving licence essential.
