We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing, ECommerce & Ops Manager to join a growing business in Alton, Hampshire. Supporting the Head of Marketing, the individual will be responsible for managing all online advertising and marketing activity for the client, with the exception of social media.
This is a unique role for someone looking to further develop their marketing career, managing a team of individuals to advance and increase our online marketing profile.
The workplace will be an office based/remote working hybrid. The role is a permanent, full time 37.5 hours a week – there will be opportunity for succession planning and career progression.
Digital Marketing, Ecommerce & Ops Manager – About The Role
• Ensuring all products appear correctly and make maximum impact.
• Delivering an online marketing profile to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Ensuring all budgets and forecasts are timely and accurate.
• Delivering and executing the Amazon marketing plan for the financial year.
• Deliver and execute monthly and weekly trading plan.
• Data reporting in a meaningful and actionable way through the sales funnel.
Amazon
* Managing and optimising product listings on Amazon.
* Monitoring and analysing ASIN performance, customer reviews, ratings, and rankings to identify and issues of track any trends.
* Supporting and managing the Amazon FBA product inventory.
* Developing high level strategies based on account performance.
* Setting and delivering monthly goals and KPI’s based on analysis.
* Responsibility for the allocation of work, managing performance, training and development and motivation of the team.
* Managing SEO both organic and paid.
* Supporting social media campaigns.
* Developing engaging online content, monitoring, and analysing its success in delivering KPI’s, including traffic to the main site.
* Leading on site optimisation, online approach including platforms, affiliates and budget showcasing improvements.
* Developing and managing projects and campaigns, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas.
The successful Digital Marketing, Ecommerce & Ops Manager will:
* Be a driven, creative marketing professional who has a flexible approach to their work.
* Have proven experience in a similar position including experience of managing Amazon marketing, Google and web analytics.
* You will need a strong understanding of the category, key retailers and category comms, and experience in buying media (directly and via media agencies).
* You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be proficient in the complete Microsoft suite, including Excel and Publisher.
* Ideally have a degree in a marketing-based subject.
