Job Title Senior Receptionist

The Opportunity

Based on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast, this stunning, hotel, restaurant and bar are currently seeking a permanent senior receptionist.

We are seeking an experienced receptionist who has a proven background in running an efficient hotel desk.. You will be a well presented, professional individual who can lead a team and offer clients and guests impeccable levels of service.

*

We need an individual with previous hotel experience with knowledge of room reservations, rate management and booking systems, a candidate who is organised and accountable.

*

You will have exceptional communication skills both verbally and written and will be able to upsell on bookings and sales.

*

We are looking for someone bubbly and dynamic with an ability to foresee and manage any situation.

*

Working 5/7 days including weekends and bank holidays this is a 40 hour working week on a shift pattern of 8am – 4pm or 12pm – 8pm.

*

You must be a car driver due to the location of the venue
