We are recruiting for a customer focussed, organised and professional Key Account Manager for an ongoing temporary role based within a reputable and well established Derbyshire based manufacturing organisation.
The role will involve:
* Working with data on excel spreadsheets
* Liaising with internal departments such as; sales, planning, production
* Day to day dealings with Key Customers
* Building effective working relationships with customers
* Managing the order process from start to finish
* Dealing with export documentation
* Dealing with queries from customers
* Resolving any issues as they arise
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be highly organised and have the skill to manage high level customer’s expectations on a daily basis. Having knowledge of the Export process would be desirable.
The hours for the role are 9.30am to 5.30pm, and the hourly rate is equivalent to an annual salary of £28,800.
