Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year
QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM LEADER
An exciting opportunity to become part of a reactive and dynamic pharmaceutical company, with room for training and progression.
The successful candidate will ensure batches, deviations, change controls and other quality documents are progressed to the requirements of EU GMP and that the Order fulfilment targets are achieved.
The role will require the management of a team (including their development).
The role will also require problem solving and the use of operational excellence techniques to run or help support projects to drive changes in both quality processes and culture.
SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure Deviations, CAPA and Change Control are progress in a compliant and timely manner
Ensure batches are review and released as required to support the business needs
Participate and support internal audits
Host external audits
Participate and lead compliance meeting as directed by the QA Head
Participate and lead risk assessments
Minimum Degree in Life Science
