Warehouse Logistics and Parts Controller (Paternity Cover)

37.5 per week with overtime on pre agreement with manager
Position is Paternity cover
Standard hours are 08:00 to 16:00 however flexibility in working hours may be required occasionally to meet management and customer requirements

Responsibility to control all logistical requirements (including purchase order) within facility including material handling for both Goods in/out and service RMA’s and have direct responsibility for parts sales management

• Parts Sales control including selection, shipment and customer invoicing
• Responding to customer parts queries (mail / phone)
• Spare parts inventory Management to ensure parts availability
• RMA Stock management control
• Eshop management including development / usability
• Ensure all RMA’s delivered to company are booked in and available to be worked on by TPM and no RMA remain un-booked after delivery that day
• To process the Purchase Orders with HQ of the incoming orders
• Receive goods into Oracle including physical material handling for both Finished Goods and RMA returns ensuring all documentation filed
• Communicate with Factory on any material discrepancies
• Arrange packing, shipping and loading of orders
• To use the Forklift as and when required
• Stock take of FG / James Inventory to ensure accuracy
• Knowledge and experience working in a Supply Chain environment
• Competent IT Skills – Oracle PO and receiving functions
• Fork Lift/POPT trained
• Manual handling knowledge
• Advanced skills in standard Microsoft Office packages essentially excel, word and PowerPoint.
• Language – Strong written and spoken English. Chinese would be of benefit along with any other European languages
