Who are we looking for?
Cambridge Education Group is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the People Team, taking responsibility for recruitment activities and campaign management across the group.
The role will be diverse, ranging from advising on how we can find the best, high-quality talent, to posting roles on our website, writing adverts and posting them on external job boards, and coordinating our recruitment processes.
What you will be doing:
You will be working on a wide variety of vacancies globally across the group, tutors, finance, sales, marketing, IT.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a recruitment or HR administrator role already, with strong administration, and organisational skills, although not essential you may have managed internal and external recruitment campaigns.
You will have used online recruitment systems, which ones is not that important, but we are currently using iTrent at Cambridge Education Group.
We are looking for someone who can take the lead on internal recruitment processes and coordinate the recruitment function of the business. This position would be perfect for someone who thrives off processes and has excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities;

Ensuring Cambridge Education Group attract and recruit the best quality candidates.

Coordinating all our recruitment campaigns job posting to candidate offer.

Working with recruiting managers and the People Team to support all recruitment campaigns with a streamlined recruitment process.

Developing and enhancing tools to support our managers with shortlisting and candidate selection tools.

Proposing, implementing and delivering on new improvements whilst embedding the recent changes already made to our recruitment process, to ensure ease of use for our managers and a great candidate experience for candidates.

Report on recruitment costs, campaigns and agency spend ensuring ROI is maintained
