Salary: £36,000 – £60,000 per year
We have a fantastic opportunity for our client in Wetherby, for an experienced Conveyancing Team leader to look after a small team of progressors, this is a new role and a great opportunity to be part of a growing business.

To apply for this role ideally you will have a Conveyancing qualifications.
The role:
* Arrange for contracts and other important documents to be signed.
* Prioritise own workload in order to meet deadlines.
* Managing the team progress of transactions from the point of contracts issued to completion.
* Ensuring completions takes place on the agreed date.
* Provide MIS data to senior management as an when required.
* Ensure that team members record key milestones on the CRM system and update vendor portal
* Maintain CPD to ensure that self and the team adhere to current legislation regarding the progression of properties.
* To monitor and review the pipeline of properties, providing feedback to the senior management team and the team in general
* Ensure the team communicate effectively and on a professional level with clients, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors, and home buyers ensuring all parties are kept updated at all times.
* Ensure team arrange for auction packs to be compiled and delivered in a timely manner.
* Oversee the placement properties designated for sale through auction with auctioneers (currently Auction House UK Ltd)
* Manage complaints promptly in line with the TPO guidelines in conjunction with National Progressions Manager
* Oversee monthly TPO training with the team
* Ensure team maintain a record of all purchase and sales files in accordance with company requirements (currently for a minimum of 2 years.)
* Ensure the team maintain all client data safe in lines with the GDPR legislation.
