This well- established business has created a new role to manage the project management team. This is a real opportunity for an experienced project team manager to make their mark. This role needs a leader who is not afraid of change and working strategically whilst being prepared to work with the team operationally. Prince 2 qualification is highly desirable. This is a growing business with projects all over the world where people and initiative are valued.

Responsibilities

• To provide guidance to the Project Management team
• Encourage innovation from team members and mentor them to develop their ideas
• Lead by example and ensure that quality work is produced
• Manage training plans and actively coach the team
• Work with the team to implement policies and procedures that encourage best practice
• Develop project frameworks and look at structure
• Overseeing all projects and managing risk
• Assign work whilst managing resource capacity
• Preparation of reports
