About the home: We are currently looking for a highly motivated Deputy Manager to work within a beautiful nursing home in Sussex.The home is surrounded by beautiful national trust gardens, a great place for residents to enjoy in the summer months. The team work hard to make every resident feel at home, regardless of the length of their stay. The Home provides Palliative, Parkinson’s, residential and respite care. Staff morale at this home is very high with fantastic management.
About the role
– You will be responsible for creating and updating care plans to ensure they are accurately maintained for auditing purposes, maintaining clear, precise and up-to-date medication records for all our residents
– You will take responsibility for all aspects and areas of care within the home.
– Always seeking to share your clinical knowledge and experience, offering valuable guidance and assistance
– Creating and developing strong relationships with our customers
– You will occasionally be expected to provide cover outside of normal hours, as required.
Who we’re looking for
– level one Registered Nurse
– Someone who shares our passion and dedication for making every day special for our residents
– The ability to build a warm rapport with residents and their families
– A natural educator with leadership experience.
– A good time manager, who can prioritise effectively and work independently
Applicants must be RGN or RMN trained and must hold a valid PIN. All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction.
