Our client is a well-established, creative retail design agency with vast experience in a multitude of sectors (fashion, cosmetics, telecoms, FMCG, automotive and more), offering a full suite of retail creative solutions, from design to manufacture, throughout EMEA. They are medium-sized and growing, and currently located in the Coventry area with free parking on site. Their size allows the creative team to work on a variety of sectors and brands, so bags of variety.

About the role:

This Senior Graphic Designer role involves working with some extremely well-known brands in the retail industry across the UK and beyond, producing concepts from sketches to highly finished visuals, and seeing them through to prototypes and production. You will work alongside the creative team to help continue to produce cutting edge award winning designs.

About you:

·We need to see a portfolio which showcases diversity, conceptual thinking and a flair for design and 3D visualisation
·Ideally you will have a retail design background with some relevant work experience
·Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite and some experience of 3DStudio Max are a must!
·Enthusiasm, reliability, strategic and “hands-on”
·Keen to progress your career with an exciting company in a challenging, fast moving environment
·Intelligent, articulate, independent, confident, switched-on, tenacious, persistent and commercial with good sales ability
·Excellent interpersonal skills
·Ability to get on well with people at all levels
·Team-oriented and can fit into and work effectively with a team of like-minded colleagues
·Someone with the potential to step up to a leadership role
