As Account Executive, you will be expected to develop new business with Corporate clients, selling serviced offices across London and the UK. You will also be trained to present the property’s on offer and, talk Clients through various deals across numerous business centres. While you will not necessarily be conducting viewings with the Clients (as this will be undertaken by the Business Centre staff), you will be on hand for every step.
Experience Required
You will ideally had a similar role as an Account Executive and will be very polished and articulate in your delivery and presentation of solutions to Corporate clients. Ideally, you will have a strong sales and negotiation, as even though the business centre staff will be conducting the negotiations, you will also be working with both sides in order to have the deals closed.
