Location, Birchwood, Warrington
Salary: £26,000per year

Due to expansion McCarthy Recruitment are looking for Recruitment Resourcer’s to support our highly successful recruitment team in our head office based in Warrington. We are looking for people who enjoy working within a fast-paced environment, can meet quick deadlines are extremely organised and have attention to detail.

The role of a Resourcer will be:

• Sourcing suitable candidates for the vacancies from advertising and job boards
• Sending high volume marketing mailshots and actioning all responses
• Processing high volumes of applications and liaising with candidates mainly over the telephone
• Screening suitable applicants, building relationships
• Registering successful candidates
• Arranging interviews and sending administration to the candidate and client relating to the recruitment process
• Undertaking eligibility checks and references
• Sending out offer letters and contracts
• Using job boards and our own database
• Advertising response handling

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential for this position.
• Fast, accurate keyboard skills
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Proven multi-tasking experience in a fast paced environment
• High standard of written English
• People person
• Confident, out-going individual
• Highly flexible and determined
• Previous experience of retail, HR or recruitment environments would be an advantage but not essential
• Attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Assertive, professional and customer service minded
• Excellent communication skills on all levels
