Based in Central London, we are looking for entry level graduate trainee recruitment consultants to join our clients` successful teams. With huge growth plans ahead this specialist in Pharma/Life Sciences is looking to expand their UK Team and European team both based in their London office. As a graduate trainee recruitment consultant you will receive:

– £26,000basic salary
– Uncapped commission structure – £35 000 OTE in your 1st year
– Central London location in Beautiful London offices with additional offices internationally

Your role as a graduate trainee recruitment consultant…

Working in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences sectors, you will be sourcing and placing top professionals in their field into leading organisations. Your responsibilities as a graduate recruitment consultant will include:

– Sourcing top calibre candidates within the industry and meeting client expectations
– Resourcing candidates through advertising, CV shortlisting, LinkedIn etc.
– Prioritise own workload and work autonomously with confidence
– Liaising regularly with clients and candidates to sell roles, arrange interviews, chase feedback and negotiate offers
– Use social media and advertising sites to ensure maximum exposure of every job
– Attend client meetings. This responsibility will increase as you progress.
– Assist in business development

What we are looking for…

– A graduate level degree (BA or BSc) at 2:2 or above. Good A-levels.
– Or graduating this summer with the above criteria
– A strong communicator – confident and articulate
– Ambitious with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
– Previous B2B sales experience is desirable but not a minimum requirement
– Languages not essential but French/German beneficial for the European Team
