We now have the opportunity for a dedicated Data Administrator to join our team, based in our offices in Fleet, Hampshire, to help with the continuing expansion of our global platform. This presents an incredibly exciting opportunity for the successful candidate, with fast track progression opportunities and great benefits.
As no previous experience is required, this position offers you the unique opportunity to gain office experience within a leading UK organisation and international experience within the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing new and existing job adverts on Resume Library
- Posting vacancies on our site for clients
- Identifying improvements that can be made to existing job adverts, i.e. layout, keywords and requirements
- Provide support to the Client Services Team by running job reports and supplying job positing tips and advice
Essential Criteria:
- Extremely organised with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Computer literate and good typing skills
- Focused and shows initiative
- Be a team player with confidence, energy and enthusiasm
Location
We are based at the Waterfront Business Park, Fleet, just a 2 minute walk away from the mainline station with direct links to London Waterloo (40mins), Basingstoke (12mins), Winchester (29mins) and Southampton (53mins).
