Salary: £37,200 – £42,000 per year
An advanced tableware manufacturer is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on their busy site in Stoke on Trent, working a continental shift pattern you will receive and attractive salary of £37,200 – £42,000 plus 25 days holiday, pension and healthcare. You will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for the maintenance of a variety of machinery from advanced robotics to conveyor systems.

THE ROLE:
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will report into the Engineering Team Leader and be responsible for the servicing and maintenance of a compete manufacturing process with a wide variety of machinery including:
• Robotics
• Conveyors
• Vacuum Systems
• Gas Dryers
• Screen Printing Machinery
As well as maintenance the Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be involved with new installations and continuous improvement, making production more efficient.
The site houses Mitsubishi PLC systems
THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE:
• Apprentice Trained Electrical Maintenance Engineer (or equivalent)
• City & Guilds or equivalent
• Experience of working within a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Good Fault finding capability
•Competent with Preventative Maintenance Schedules
•Understanding of electrical control systems
• Knowledge of sensors, invertors, motors and safety circuits
