Salary: £45,000 – £50,400 per year
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a successful Shopping Centre in Cambridge.
Reporting to the General Manager, this key position will manage/deliver key aspects for the scheme, duties include: –
* Working with site tenants/contractors to ensure full compliance
* Management of all site Health & Safety standards
* Management/delivery of permits to work, risk assessments & insurance investigations
* Delivery of site PPM / reactive maintenance
* Budget / Procurement Management & Reporting / Finance Administration
* Working on sustainability & environmental strategies
* Coordination of shop fits/induction of new tenants /Tenant Handbook
* Conducting quality audits for site activities
* Contract management delivery ensuring a high level of services across the scheme
This is a great opportunity & candidates will ideally hold NEBOSH accreditation, along with proven contract management experience working within a multi-tenanted environment, with a drive to succeed.
