If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you! Our Flagship Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in North West London near Staples Corner is looking to recruit a new Trainee Car Sales Executive.

Focused on developing the skills of the successful candidate, this role will provide a variety of different task from all levels of the business thereby enabling the Trainee Sales Executive to understand all aspects of the industry, product and sales process

About the position

The successful candidate for our Trainee Car Sales Executive position will have previous experience in a similar role, proven customer service skills and show the ability to work to deadlines and targets while always being a Team player.

You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Trainee Car Sales Executive position involves learning all aspects of the centre including: 

• Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about our products and forthcoming events, as well as maintaining a “customer focused” attitude.
• Prospecting for new customers by telephone, attending product launches and other events, and maintaining your own enquiry database.
• To conduct accurate and timely appraisals of all retail vehicles taken into stock and the arrangement of required work
• To maintain all Used Cars on display to required standards, this includes a weekly log to be maintained for tyre pressures
• To maintain the photographic ratio of all cars advertised to be above 90%
• All Approved Used cars to be prepared within 5 working days
• To maintain demonstrators to the highest standards
• Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.
• Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

About our requirements

We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

• Customer awareness.
• Negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Full driving license.
