As a Store Manager you have the following areas of responsibility:

– You will lead your team to success
– Be the final decision maker regarding the store
– Improve sales and ensure great customer service
– Manage and optimise the overall performance of the store
– Train, coach and develop your team
– Lead, involve and motivate your team
– Establish new goals for your team and the overall performance of your store
– Evaluate the sales figures (with the Sales Leader / Assistant Manager) and prepare sales strategies to meet your goals
– Participate on equal terms with your colleagues in daily store and stockroom tasks
– Follow up on and evaluate the performance of your store and your team
– Schedule, delegate and plan the different tasks and responsibilities in relation to deadlines
– As Store Manager you will refer to the District Manager / Retail Manager

Experience Required:

– Must have 2-4 years management experience preferably in retail
– A relevant educational background
