Salary: £40,800 – £43,200 per year
We are working with one of the largest Property Services businesses in the UK, covering all aspects of residential property transactions.
Their team of Chartered Surveyors are on all of the major panels for Survey and Valuation work, as well as providing EPC solutions to residential and commercial clients.
Their long standing relationships with major lenders means they are very busy undertaking Residential Mortgage and Bank Valuations as well as
Home Buyer Reports
In order to be considered you WILL:
Have worked in the residential industry
Have undertaken Red Book Valuation independently
Preferably be able to carry out building surveys
Be a Registered Valuer
