Who we are looking for
We are looking for people who are competent with commissioning boats, motor-launches and tenders.

Additional info: £1000 tool allowance bonus after 2 years service.

Hours: 43 hours a week with OT available at a flat rate
8.00am – 17:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 15.30pm on a Friday

The company, design, build and repair high-quality boats, motor launches, yachts and superyachts tenders.
Currently, they are working on multiple 11m+ Carbon & Kevlar, Epoxy Resin Infusion Superyacht Tenders.

The role will involve

* Testing and snagging of boats at handover from production

They integrate traditional boatbuilding skills with innovative engineering and modern techniques to build custom and semi-production vessels of the highest quality.
They have recently had a major investment and redevelopment of their boatyard near Falmouth and maintain additional facilities in the Cornwall area. The organisation is looking forward to exciting times ahead, creating new opportunities and investing in the future of the Company and its workforce.
