Electrical Test Commissioning Engineer

Salary: £33,600 – £38,400 per year

This could be a good route for an Electrical Engineer or Electrical Technician to get into their first role as a Machinery Commissioning Engineer, opening up many possibilities for an international engineering career.

Right now, you’re an Engineer or Technician with Electrical Engineering and some PLC Engineering knowledge, you like working on machines, and you’ve been trained how to test and fault find and repair them.

My client will take what you have, spend time adapting these skills to their high tech, high value machines, and move you from building and testing the PLC and electrical control of these machines to a role where you can work alongside very experienced Commissioning Engineers installing these machines around the world, upgrading them, and supporting them in future years.

Training and development will be done at a steady pace- and you’ll only travel when it’s safe, and only when you’re ready and confident in 2022.
