Care Recruitment Officer
Reading Salary package circa £27,600 + bonus
Our client an award winning Care Provider established in 2005 are experiencing phenomenal growth of the business and to meet this growth are seeking to recruit a Recruitment and Training Officer to cover the Reading West Berkshire and South Oxford shire area to bring in new candidates on Care and Support roles weekly.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience currently working in a care agency in a similar role looking for an opportunity to step up and build on experience to date ideally A car owner driver with a CRB in place

The Role:
* To meet strict recruitment and retention targets by recruiting suitable Care and Support
Workers whilst maintaining appropriate recruitment procedures in line with regulations
*Meeting Recruitment and Retention targets
*Use on line community based and other recruitment activities to source appropriate Care and
Support Workers
*To manage the whole recruitment process advertising for staff telephone screening,
Interviewing and the induction process
*Implementation of References and DBS processing
*To Liaise with overseas staffing agents
*Source accommodation for overseas staff
*Travel overseas for staff!
