Learning Support Assistants (LSA’s)

IOS Recruitment is looking to recruit learning support assistants to join our talented supply team based in South Wales. The role will be covering our fantastic Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools in South Wales.

We are currently looking for dedicated learning support assistants who can work on a 1-2-1 basis or inspire children with group learning.

Support assistants must therefore be patient, friendly and motivated and have a good understanding of a child with learning difficulties.

Ideally the successful applicant will:

*Have developed, or has creative potential to develop, SEN initiatives
*Be familiar with a variety of assessment and progress criteria
*Be experienced in Makaton, PECs and TEACH (desirable not essential).
