The Company:
Our client is a well-established, American manufacturing company with operations all over the world.

Main duties:
To be in charge of the day-to-day Credit Control activities and maintain an accurate record of customer accounts to ensure efficient customer service

The Role:
– To ensure the company maintains a strict credit policy
– To monitor and control of debt/Aged debt overview
– To chase all outstanding debts and take appropriate action
– To regularly update customer database to keep a tight record of outstanding payments and agreed resolutions
– To prepare monthly reports and present to directors at meetings
– To liaise with Sales and Customer Service departments regarding credit issues
– To obtain and review financial data to establish customer credit limits
– To maintain daily contact with customers to resolve credit issues

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) is essential
– Previous and demonstrable strong experience in Credit Control is essential
– Strong analytical and numerical skills
– Able to work as part of a team
– Experience working in a fast-paced environment
– Able to work well under pressure and meeting deadlines
– Good IT skills

The Salary:
Up to £24,000 p.a + benefits
